We are seeking a Billing & Payroll Coordinator to join our team! This position plays a vital role in managing both client billing and caregiver payroll. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process client billing bi-weekly and manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
- Process caregiver payroll bi-weekly, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
- Process long-term insurance claims and electronic client payments
- Monitor and review caregiver schedules to ensure correct billing
- Respond to and resolve client and caregiver inquiries regarding billing and payroll
- Perform data entry, maintain records, and report key metrics to leadership
- Support general administrative and office tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in billing, payroll, or accounting preferred
- Associate degree in related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
