CarePlus is seeking a full-time, on-site Client Accounts & Retention Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage client billing and accounts receivable while serving as a key point of contact for clients and their families. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and brings empathy and professionalism to every interaction.

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
  • Manage client accounts and billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and responsible parties on billing questions and account updates.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure billing aligns with services delivered.
  • Listen to concerns, resolve issues, and build positive, long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct follow-up on outstanding and delinquent accounts, including documentation of communications and payment arrangements.
  • Prepare A/R and collections reports for leadership.

  • An Associate degree or higher; Business, Accounting, or related field of study preferred.
  • 2+ years of work experience in client services, including accounts receivable, collections, and/or billing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace and an aptitude for quickly learning new software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
